I can't progress. Please help

I made it to level 45 and I want to progress, side quest and dungeons but can't.

 

1. I never got quest for the big 4, I can do them in cross server but can't access from map playing.

2. I never knew you could progress old man cho ect. I never saw any indication for this. So now I'm at 45 and only wind walk and water run basic. I have ravens fan, serpant bell. Old man Cho isn't

anywhere, If this was part of main quest how did I make it to 45?, so now I went back and got a ravens fan, old man cho isn't there, got the serpant bell and horn and I never see his quest active. This is fustrating.

3. I can't do purple dungeons, because I never got a invitation from poharan either, I do have the dokkumo or what ever it's called, can't do other purple dungeons, because it needs wall ride or something, I guess another old man cho thing.

 

Please help me before I uninstall this bugged mess.. Thanks.
