Doesn't start, frezee att splash screen logo

I get this message when i try to run the game
First time after install it worked perfectly
Second time it freeze at splash screen logo.

I reinstalled the game once and the first startup went fine
Second time same story hangs at splash screen
No settings changed in-game

What can the problem be. 
My specs are:

Intel i5 4690k 3.5ghz
8gb ram 1600mhz
geforce 740 4gb
psu 450w
