Grasping Roots isn't work anymore on pvp ? [Summoner Skill]

I was playing pvp as summoner..  and me like to using Grasping roots... but isn't work anymore on pvp after update .. maybe it's skill balance ? idk...

but summoner didn't much have damage skill.. it's stun, dazes ...just like that... I feel so bad if isn't  work anymore :(
Skill Detail Grasping roots : Snares enemies for 8 sec 
anyone please explain about this ? :(
