AMD graphics having trouble help please?

i have a AMD RADEON R9 M385X, 8 gigs of ram, AMD A10-8700P 10 COMpute cores 4c+6g (4cpus), ~1.8ghz

and this game barely runs, runs on about 15-20 fps  

is  my game supposed to look like this?

What a strange setup. Such a GPU, with an APU.

It's normal for the game to run horribly, even on high-end PCs.

it does also have a radeon r6 card too...

Go into your bios and make sure it's set to use the Radeon R9 and not the A10's GPU. Then boot up and check your display options for which card Windows is trying to use, and finally check your Radeon R9's driver utility software (if any) to make sure it's using the R9 and not the A10. Sometimes these things are set to default to the lesser of the two cards.
