Disconnect From Server

when are u going to fix that problem about disconnect from server evertime i wanna do cross server or arena... everytime i logging to that place u kick me out.... 

if u guys can solve the problem.... plzzzzzzzz close ur server, really got a bad service from NCsoft.... i thought that the new patch can fix but really didnt fixed nothing----

I don't know why they keep on ignoring this problem.

There's been so many patches and this error keeps bugging a lot of people.
