About Refunds

So I decided to charge some Ncoin to my account to prepare for this new class. I'm relatively new to the game but I've had a lot of fun up until today where I couldn't log in because of error 4049. I tried every fix I could find in the forums and online in general but no luck, even submitted a ticket and there was still no help there. So I was wonder how this game does when it comes to refunds because I obviously haven't spent any of the coin and there are better things on steam I can use that money for so does anyone know if i am eligible for a refund or am I SOL? (The latter really wouldn't surprise me at this point.)

1st) send an email notifying bns.. support@bladeandsoul.   They have 48 to help.  IF that does not help you, then you have to contact your bank/paypal/whatever you used and ask for a refund.  Ive received 2 so far, and will be receiving more because they banned my account.. released it, then 24 hours later.. banned it again.

Ouch man, well glad it seems that they are good with refunds then at the very least though I really do hope they do a maintenance on this patch
