locked or Banned

ok Guys :- 

just like player like me , u should know that maybe just maybe happen to u too

so we should support together !

So i got locked after update , I don't get any Msg in mail or anything ! << i upset >>

and that make me so mad ! WHY ? 
WHY no Respect For Player ! just locked him for 3 days or ever , he didn't do anything wrong , selling , or spam dungs or anything 

just easy for them , oh ban him just easy like that ! or lock 

i sent ticket wait answer , 

just wondering NCSOFT , just good only to world oh MY Game in EU OR NA got 2 million player 
but in system or game or secret ,, i'll ban or lock them as i want ? << NCSOFT >>
