Two separate Folders upon installing

you install FIRST the installer from the main site which automatically installs the file in your Program Files (x86), this is the NCWest Folder and you cant change where you want to install it.. SECOND comes the Blade and Soul Install Shield Wizard which gives you the chance to select the destination where you want to install them (this is the NCSOFT Folder).. when i merge either one folder to the other the game wont work anymore.. this is stupid LOL I basically want the files in one place
