Big increase in fps for some

Well, this may not work for some people but it boosted my fps from 20-25 to 70+ out of combat and 40+ in combat (dungeons). 

My laptop:

Corsair vengeance 16gb ram

i7 2,2ghz processor

geforce 710m 

128gb SSD

 

I started the game up in windowed mode in 1280x720. After logging in I tried several times to press alt + enter at the exact same time. If you time it good then you will go into true fullscreen. My fps has skyrocketed due to this. Every time you restart the game you will have to do the alt + enter again but this fps boost is just amazing for me. Hopefully it'll work for more people.
