Cannot complete Boss Fights

Hello,

 

Ive tried 3 times to kill 'The Mysterious Man' for quest credit today.  My graphics are turned all the way down and i have other players hidden, on a 60mb connection.  The game still freezes every 10s.  There is so much lag that I do not qualify for dps and do not receive a defeat chest/quest credit.  Other bosses I wait in the area 5min prior so they load and manage to get quest credit but not for this guy or Black Wyrm.

 

Edit:  I looked over my ping to the server and it was stable around 110 through the whole fight...  this is a server issue

 

Can you work in some server optimization??  This is total crap and wont be renewing premium if you can't improve frame rate drop.
