After choosing a character to play with, client crashes with error

No special reason in error, only asks to add all information and to send it to NCSoft

While trying to repair, fails on:

Update error: Cannot read a file

I did disabled the Antivirus and even removed this file - it was downloaded again by updater and the error still exists
