Shadow Slash Volume 2 bug?

Hello, i recently acquired the Shadow Slash Volume 2 for assassin and then completely the whole quest line.  At the end, it show that i have unlocked/learned the new shadow slash skill but when i go in my talent tree, i am unable to put point in it.  Please help
