Rejoining Party issue.

I have experienced an issue where when I am disconnected, I cannot rejoin my previous party due to a simple reason, when I try to reconnect, it would say "the account is already logged in" and I have to relaunch the game again which takes forever. and when i try to connect for the 2nd time, the allotted time for rejoining the party is already expired, hence, being unable to rejoin the previous party making me do the instance quests all over from the start again..
