Account is gone

So yesterday (2/24/16) i was able to log in to my account. then the next day when i got back from work i was unable to log in. it said i put the wrong password to many times and blocked me. I'm 100% it was the right one. then after 2 hours of waiting i tried to make a new account with the same email and it worked... now i have lost everything. i asked someone to log in and check if my guild was still there. Apparently my main character is online and is in the location where my ALT character was last logged in. Did this happen to anyone else?
