HELP MEE!

Hello. Guys I need your help. I have 20 lv character. While I was playing, I've finished 29th meybe 30th chapter of main missions (yellow) and after speak with NPC in Bamboo village it took me to loading screen aaaaand? Nothing, it stopped, it doesen't completly move for 30min. I have restarted pc and game, and my main 20lv char is still stucked on loading screen. It looks:

 

My second char on this acc (10lv) loading normal and I can play it. But my main char is not working.

Quit the game, start it again and click file repair in the launcher.

I don't think it will help, just because I only patch game by launcher, because since i started playing I am starting game by .bat file directly. Why? Because my download files in launcher stops always on the end of downloading for example 80.1Mb/80.3Mb or 0Kb/423.23Kb.
