Ncoins not delivered yet.

I bought some NCoins like 16 hours ago but I still didn't received it on my account. I already received the e-mail confirming the order fulfilment and the charge on my credit card, plus it shows on my in-game purchase history a recent charge of the NCoins but I didn't have acess yet. I already sended a ticket for the support and no answers till know. Sorry for my english and hope that someone can help me.
