I've got the same error popping up, after the game crashed during Mushin Tower floor 7.

 

Edit: I've tried having the launcher repair the game in settings, restarting the computer, and have even tried the msconfig option to disable other services to make sure it wasn't interfering with the launcher. None has worked so far.
