This 'gaming' laptop really can't run BNS?

Hello, I  was wondering if its normal that I get around 5-9 FPS max even with no other players around...

Playing on lowest settings and 800x600 resolution.
 

The main specs are:
IntelCore i7-4500U 1.8GHz up to 3GHz
Nvidia GeForce GT750M 4 GB Dedicated VRAM
8 GB DDR3 RAM
1000 GB HDD
 

I know this laptop is far from great for games, but shouldn't it be able to run with at least stable 15-20 FPS?

It should.
 I think. GT750M isn't too powerful and that i7 isn't a true quad core.

Try do some driver updates. Also, be aware that while BNS is old, it's said to be horribly optimised. Thus even high even PCs struggle to maintain 60 FPS in crowded areas.
