Installation issue (Network resource missing)

I'm having an installation issue after getting an error with the client saying that it was an outdated version and that if the problem continued I should restart or re install, I did the former. Now when I try to reinstall I get this error message saying .  

I've been having this problem for a couple days now, and I haven't found a solution online so I was wondering if anyone here had any idea how to fix this.

Have you tried just downloading the file again and if successful in installing, run a repair? I think their servers have been having some troubles and today at least, I think there's maintenance going on; which tends to last 6h or more.
