So I have this problem since downloading a game, so over a week now. First I thought it was a server problem but now I'm not so sure. Please help!

Play from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan ??

 

If yes, they blocked ip from these countries due to region restriction agreement

but don't, check your internet connection, ip blocking from the network, or firewall :)
