30 Prestige Point for Gems

Today I got 2 Blackwyrm Essence when i doing my faction dailies in Talus base so i decided to farm those for gems but they want 30 Prestige point,

so when i farm prestige point i reached 25 point cap, how can i do 30 prestige point is it possible?

You need a higher rank, to carry more prestige point at a time
