How do I display my ping time?

Sometime, rather randomly, the game just doesn't DO anything - I'm mashing an attack key, and nothing is happening.  I see this a lot in the evening when doing Mushin's Tower.

 

Wondering if my ping time is suffering or what.

 

Is there is any easy way to display it, and/or FPS?

FPS I have found under Settings/Graphics/Show Frame Rate.

Since I started playing back near launch I have constant pausing. Its not happening in any other games. It seems to be fairly regular I will pause for a second. It can be in combat, running along, etc. I have tried a few times reaching jump areas such as Raptors Rise in Scorching sands and rubber band back into where I jumped from and fall.... Any help on this would be appreciated. Its not PC or Net related as both are very good specs. Thanks!

Well... at least I understand now.  Using the Resource Meter approach and I see my ping of ~!100ms routinely jump to 350-600+ms.  I'll have to watch it in the tower...

update:  added port 10100 to my QOS guarenteed low latency ruleset on my Checkpoint firewall.  Wondering if there are other ports I should flag?  I see client.exe using 10240, 6600, and 12100 as well?
