Cant log on character

Hello Forum, i have a problem with connecting on my char. I enter the game till i see my char ( also it takes so long for the game to launch ) but when i press start the loading screen apears and i wait long and then it apears an error that says dissconected from server and i get the white bns wallpaper and it exists. Can someone help me with this?

I am not too sure if I have the exact same problem with you. But mine is more severe. My game just cause a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. I played a couple of hour yesterday but that's after repairing the game and set it to windows mode. Now I can't log into the game.
