i gotthe purple training quest ( im level 26) it says that i ahve to deliver the item i have on top of a building near sandstrom refugee to continue training! where is that building ? i need help plz <3

If it's the one I'm thinking of, there is a building along the road in the abandoned village that is 2-story, round and leaning over. The NPC is up on the very top of that building. You can use the abandoned house near it for a run-up and jump.

so do i have to enter sandstrom refuuge or is it at the road leading there?

It's in the desert area, not village. After you get the item, you will see it on the map. (If the item is feather, you need to buy it from a merchant in your fanction's camp)
