Awakened/True Siren weapons do not get 100% focus recovery effect

And indeed, the in-game description does say 100%. But if you actually test it, it only gives 70% back. So yeah. Getting that fixed would be nice, so people don't get baited into upgrading when they see the focus proc buff (which didn't actually happen).
