stuck in mouse look

Ok guys and ladies, I know I am a old gamer and this term might not be used anymore. but I am stuck in mouse look.. using the mouse wheel does not work now, and it works fine on other programs. is there anyway to get out of Mouse look or do I need to delete and reinstall the game. thank you for any help ya can give.

was playing my low level smn and had the same problem in x-dung adder's nest, after getting out of the instance it was fine again....
