Blackram Supply Chain bugged? Won't let me in

Hey guys, I was wondering if you guys knew if there was a bug w/ bsc. I have the quest to access it, but can't complete it because I can't walk into the dungeon or go through dungeon finder. I'm also lvl 45 and have the Dokumo lynblade. Anyone know of a problem/solution? Thanks!
