stuck at 2 downloaded, stage 2

the main download is over from what i can tell, the button play now initially lights up. the installation is at:

2 downloaded, stage 2. progress bar always gets to 10% of 4.2GB and then speed instantly drops from 1mb/s to nothing. always at that moment.

if I try to click play now, it goes to verifying, checking files and then pops to: repairing 0 of 85b that never moves at all. any ideas? 0.o

 

 

update: decided to just try and wait it out. and got the following: 

[update error] cannot download file.

 

please restart the launcher

Does this mean that your game launched after 3 times? I still haven't gotten that pop-up.

eventually it fixed itself..... but every time there is an an update i get stuck without fail at:

preparing  > download patch > verifying > R:

0% (1 bytes / 86 bytes)
