Game Launcher

I downloaded today the game. Speed was good and steady (around 1.2 MB/s). After it finished downloading around 9 GB, it started downloading "Phase 2 of 2", while the "Play" button is usable.

 

I could log in to character creation (i got a dc really fast), and i have notice, that launcher, while it starts downloading at 1+ MB/s at opening, in few seconds going to 0, while my internet is fine and all.

 

Also, it don't save my IP location, and i have to log into my mail each time i open launcher.

 

How to fix that?
