Where are characters stored?

Hey, I meant to install this game on my SSD instead of my HDD because of higher load and write speeds and I was wondering if I uninstall the game off the hard drive and reinstall it on my SSD if my characters I made in game will be gone or if they are stored on a server somewhere. In short, are my characters I have created stored on my computer somewhere or are they stored on a Blade and Soul server? Thanks.

The characters and everything related to them is stored server side, as is with all mmo's.

You can login from any computer/ installation and have access to'em ~

You can reinstall the game without fear, worst case scenario you'll lose your custom hotkey setup and have to spend a minute redoing it, unless it's also stored on the server side ~
