About White Roses

I have problems on getting the White Roses for the event. I've tried multiple dungeons like Blackram Narrows and Darkglimpse and yet i see no reward quest for White Roses. Need help here >.<

it's the normal daily Quest for them that gives them *o* so once a day for all these dgns, when you go to cross-server dgn, you see the ones that gives the rose with the dailies, has a gift picture beside their name.

Or am my istaken and that's not the problem at all? , tell me if you  are able to get them now    ._.
