Crash When Loading Bandit Hideout

I'm working on Chapter 8 and every time I try to enter the Bandit Hideout, the crashes while trying to load it. Am I the only one having this problem? Might it have to do with my laptop or Windows 10?

 

Another thing I noticed was that these other character that stand in front of it have names that are just random numbers. They also all look alike. In my experience with another MMORPG that usually means they're bots. Here's a screenshot:

ive been crashing in and out for about 5 times now...losing my patience
