Arena Details.

I was curious more about the details of arena. For instance I understand everyone is given more hp depending on their class. FM's being one of the lesser hp pools compared to say.. a destroyer. However that's a little more obvious to see. It appears to me that sometimes one person in lets say a blade dancer class would hit MUCH harder than another blade dancer doing the same combo. My question is: "Is it just someone's better at their combos than another person or is there some hidden thing where sheilds, weapons, gems and accessories aren't balenced and they can still steam roll other people (AKA Gear differences)?"

This or they may have different builds - one person can have most skillpoints in defensive skills, while the other in offensive....
