you get a buff called Fervor in efleet and nsh. the buff gives you 5% crit chance and it can stack up to 10 times. 10stack x 5%->>  that's 50% increase in crit chance plus ur 50% stats, and due to the nature of the skill(Rumblebees move 1 tier 3), you can basically spam a stream of crit on your enemy.
