Blade Master Lightning Draw BSH Skill Error?

Hey guys. Today I got the Hongmon Skill from BSH. But you are not able to finish the quest because we are missing a achievement!? Here you can see some Screenshots

Why is this even possible? Why bringing the Hongmon Skills out, if you are not able to learn them? Wtf?
