Bug in Twilight Garden Dungeon

We can't go in this dungeon. We are being blocked in the entrance and we need to complete the principal mision inside to continue.

I"m having the same issue. I can't proceed with the story. Can't enter the dungeon.

I had the same problem for the last few days but i found a solution:

 

when stuck in the portal keep pressing the Z key (move forward) and after some time (10s - 1min) your character will continue through the portal

Baesya's solution worked for me, I just kept running forward and eventually (after like a minute or so) it let me in, one thing to note is that if you are stuck floating in the air from jumping into the portal, alt tabbing while in borderless window lets you fall to the ground again for some reason

I tried that, didn't work for me. So I backed out (furiously might I add) and ran and jumped into it. It worked. Don't know if it will help out or not
