Still having trouble with chat. I have an asian (Japanese) keyboard with IME. When I want to chat it doesn't allow me, so I have to click on IME every time I want to type (Note: I'm not clicking it over to Japanese by mistake). This is very frustrating and time consuming which makes it a difficult task to speak with others while in dungeon as well as when I want to salvage/use something (since we have to type these words in). What's going on?

Also, I'm still having trouble accessing marketplace, It reads "cannot display" every time I want to use it. Windows is up-to-date, I never use IE so it isn't the cache, and I've already run the "fix file" which pops up before the game goes into the BnS client.

I got almost the same problem when I try to open marketplace its white and right after its transparent and I cant buy/sell anything. This issue appeared after random disconect from your servers so please fix it or give us any solution.
