DS4 Controller No Longer Being Detected

I've been using a Dualshock 4 Controller all the way to Mushin's Tower.  I am doing a dungeon when suddenly my controller is disconnected and can no longer reconnect.  This happened completely at random.  The troubleshooting I usually do didn't help.  I've restarted the client and the program I use to emulate a 360 controller.  I strongly demand that this be fixed or I will have to simply stop playing, since I cannot use a keyboard.

 

Better question.  How exactly can I contact NCSoft on bug reports and support?  Posting on a forum is an extremely unreliable way to make problems known and it baffles me why there is no contact information available
