Spider Fang/ Black Veil

I've been farming for both the spider fang & the black veil before the update, up until now... and I'm pretty sure something is either wrong or that it drops only for premium members only. please I need anyone's support in finding a way to gather any of these items before my funeral :3 I've been farming ToE as a cross-server dungeon for about 50+ times, and shadowless quest for 20+,  I really need any advice, the item was said that it binds on equip, I thought it could be traded if not equipped by the one that picked it up, but turns out I was wrong :x Does it even drop on a cross-server ToE or only in a normal ToE, *sigh* i'm getting close to giving up, please guide me !

Being premium doesn't increase the chances :P Cross server/server also doesn't affect it.

 

It's all random honestly. Seen spider fang in my first run, 20+ later, never saw it again. All I can say is keep trying and don't go at it too hard or you'll burn yourself out. ^^' Been farming Obsidian Serpent for days.
