Serves still down? help plz

hello! i downloaded client 11.2.2016 and cannot access to server, have a login failure (character login failure 2000 or something), i read topic on reddit what says  servers are down, but today is 13.2.2016 and i still get same issue, even after game update. I want to play but i can't even create first character =(

Try to flush you dns and see if that sorts it out.

 

Close your game/client.

 

Go to start > run > type cmd (with admin rights) type ipconfig -flushdns and close the promt. Try launching your game again.
