Cannot spend Prestiege points

OK, so I am in crimson legion, i have been grinding prestige points. For my faction to level up , i need 10 faction insiginias. My game says I have two thousand and nine

 and it still wont let me spend six prestige points to get a faction insignia. Please help

I'm not sure what you mean. There's a Prestige Exchange Merchant (or something like that) - you talk to it and it will change Prestige Points into Faction Contribution Points. You get faction insignias from completing faction dailies. For your faction member rank to level up, you need to complete faction dailies for those contribution points.

I am not seing these dailies you are talking about. Im maxxed and in the misty woods area

You can only see faction dailies when you put your faction armor on.
