After you've done all the steps, restart your computer and start the launcher.

Thats an ISP error, maybe turn off the Router (if you are using one) to get a new IP? Or enter the router configuration, and ban your current IP from the DHCP list so you get a new one... give it a try, I mostly got corrupted files issues, nothing files check/ delete and auto download doesnt fix.

I have the same error. Haven´t found anything that helps so far. I have even deinstalled the game and tried to download it again. Works until only a few mb are left, same error again.

Tried:

Restart Launcher
System Reboot
Router Reboot
flush DNS
Start as Admin

 

just wanted to try a reinstallation, but i guess that's unnecessary then...

 

Edit:

Turning off all my protection seems to work, i use avira antivir pro

turning off everything (including browser stuff and firewall) did the trick for me.
