Summoner: Rosethorn t3s3 heal?

Rosethorn t3s3 says it "Recovers 2% HP basing on number of enemies hit" but i'm levelling my summoner and now it got 1000ish HP, and Rosethorn hit heal for 1HP when hitting 1 enemy, 2 hp when hitting 2 enemies, i suppose it will heal 3 if it's gonna hit 3 and so on until 5, and that it a whopping total of 0,5% of my HP.

 

The single hit damage is around 100 hp damage, and even with these numbers the skill description makes no sense to me.

Bug or bad wording?

It has better translations. And yes, it's bad wording. It's 2% of damage dealt.

Thanks, but it makes no sense yet, 2% of 100ish is 2 per single hit

EDIT: no ok i've got it now, sometimes when the hit was less than 100 damage it obviously healed for 1hp, rounding down.
Got to test to when my weapons will do bigger numbers.
