Connecting to the server, please wait ...

I can login with no problem at the launcher. but after i got in to the game (before agreement screen) it says "Reconnecting to the server, please wait ... " i forgot what exactly the words but its close enough. so i wait for like 1 min, nothing happen. no progression at all. but funny thing is i can click the agree button. so i click it and im in the character selection. looks normal, but the loasing is a but longer than before. loading's done, everything is ok. i can see other people and do some quest(even pvp). but funny thing is all my chat is being silence. faction tab, clan tab, everything is empty. and i cant post recruitment clan at all. it looks like something wrong with my account or it is just a common problem atm ?
please help, i dont want my clan think im being inactive.

Try to deinstall and delete all blade & Soul files on your pc. And load a new B&S_Lite_Installer on the Website then install new. Should be the Clean version18 then. Takes some hours but worked fine for me.
