REDS vs BLUE issue

Ok i see alot of post about Blues dominating servers and that is mainly because Clans are designated to one Faction instead of being Universal. People make alts or invite friends to play and have them join their colors so they can be in the same Clan.  I am sure if they make it where Clans can have both Red and Blues, it will balance out eventually because then people will make accounts for botth colors with no worry of not being able to join clan with friends.
