Anyone know how to show purple quests on the map?

For some reason i cant see any Purple or Red quests on the map but if i actually go to the person i can get the quest but still cant see it on the map. Please help i need to learn the Walking up walls skill but i have no idea where to get it at. i already bought the horn that i need to give to Old Man Cho for it. Please help!
