WTF Class AP boost..

Hmm just noticing some classes were givin a major Attack Power boost, i see toons with gear not upgraded past mine or with better gems or bopae or anything, but they are at 436 Attack Power? Destroyers were nerfed< Main.  from what i see almost all other classes were givin AP boost? WTF.

saw a blade master with 491 with the same gear as me. I had 392 as a summoner.
