Lock Loot Settings on Fight Start

I just encountered this, and it's extremely broken. Lock the loot settings when a fight starts. Some jerk party leader changed loot setting right before boss kill and ninja'd all the rare items. Rare items aren't typically that great, but it was seriously stupid and unfair. I foresee problems with this solution, because the leader can still change settings and then start the fight immediately, but this will at least solve part of the problem.
