Not responding after click "start game"

Update is fine

Login Pin just fine

 

But after i selected my character then click "start game", it started the endless loop loading and then "not responding" and finally a task that forced me to close the game

 

I've tried both server NA/EU

My speed connection is fine it must works perfectly

 

But it'll goes the same way

 

I don't know what is wrong

Can anyone help?
