Bot Quart Farming

i found bot summoner quart farming one on big quart name juwlo, and two summoners name Kasam and the other one..i can't remember his name on medium quart in The Scorching Sands, they all are summoner they never rest and they all lvl16, i try to bot report but nothing happen to them, that why no one can get quart to sell or craft, buy quart from bot is the only thing you can do.
